Glasses can be drilled symmetrically without difficulty. The distances between the holes are shown on the digital display with an accuracy of 0.05 mm, the swiveling drill head enables both glasses to be drilled to the exact degree
In contrast to other twist drills, our drills also cut laterally like milling cutters. In this way, holes and notches can be made in one step without changing tools.
You do not need a special machine for horizontal or vertical slots.
Even special millings such as for Flair frames can be done with the LessStress.
You can now get the hole coordinates for the sockets from many manufacturers; however, these can also be measured quickly and precisely on the standard mounting stage using the machine.
Your growing file with self-measured coordinates makes your work easier.
The coordinates of holes or notches always remain the same in a frame model. Changes in size or shape are easily possible with the machine.
